Meseidy Rivera the author of Weeknight Gourmet Dinners and is founder of The Noshery. A graduate of Platt College Culinary Institute, she has worked as a culinary assistant to Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman. Her recipes have been featured in The New York Times, Bon Appétit, BuzzFeed and more. She currently lives in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Rebecca Lindamood is the author of Not Your Mama’s Canning Book, Ready Set Dough, and Ultimate Guide to Vegetable Side Dishes. She is also the founder of the blog Foodie with Family. She teaches cooking classes around New York and formerly wrote for Traverse City Record-Eagle as a food columnist. Rebecca and her family currently live in Belfast, New York.
